St. Simeon Cathedral

The St. Simeon Cathedral in Brest was built in 1865-1868 by the project of the architect V. Polikarpov and is the main Orthodox church in the city. This cathedral is a monument of Russian-Byzantine style architecture.

Today, there are many other shrines here, including particles of the relics of St. Nicholas, St. Euphrosyne of Polotsk, St. Mary of Egypt, St. Seraphim of Sarov, St. Innocent of Moscow and others.
