Day 1
Arrival in Minsk. Check-in at hotel. Minsk city tour.

We warmly welcome you in Minsk – the capital of the Republic of Belarus, its political and cultural centre. It was first mentioned in the chronicles of the XIth century. Today, it is a dynamic city with expansive boulevards, modern and historical buildings, endless parks and well-developed infrastructure. Being an impressive example of the Soviet planning on a grand scale, Minsk however has a number of outstanding historical sights, proving city’s rich history.

Sightseeing tour of Minsk includes the main avenues (Independence avenue, Victory avenue) and the architectural monuments of the XVIIth - XXth centuries (the Upper Town with the City Hall, Holy Spirit Cathedral and the Cathedral of Holy Virgin Mary, old streets of the Trinity Suburb). The Victory Monument and the National Library (included into the list of the most outstanding buildings of the world) are waiting to be explored.

Day 2
Minsk – Mogilev. Mogilev city tour

Transfer to Mogilev, which was founded in the XIIIth century, but mostly became famous in the XXth, when Emperor of Russia Nikolai II and his family were in residence here, right up to the point of his abdication. Mogilev is therefore often regarded as the final capital of the last emperor of Holy Mother Russia. Sightseeing tour of Mogilev includes the main landmarks: the Town Hall, Leninskaya street with the enigmatic stargazer street sculpture on display, the Convent of St Nicholas, St Stanislaw's Cathedral.

Overnight in Mogilev.

Day 3
Mogilev – Alexandria – Mogilev

Transfer to Alexandria village. Participation in festival “Kupala night – Alexandria welcomes friends” . Kupala night is a traditional holiday; the celebration relates to the summer solstice and includes a number of fascinating Pagan rituals. Like did Slavonic ancestors, Belarusians still do fortune telling, jump over bonfires (mysterious ritual of purification) and try to find the elusive fern flower, which is said to give the supernatural ability to see the future and to find world’s hidden treasures. At Kupala night in Alexandria there will also be a lively festival with folk and contemporary music performances, traditional crafts master-classes and opportunity to buy various souvenirs.

Day 4
Mogilev – the Museum of Folk Architecture – Belarusian farmstead – Minsk

Transfer to the open-air Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, which shows the authentic character of the typical Belarusain village of the XIXth century. Farmsteads, wooden churches, schools, public barns, mills, smithies, stables – all elements have been brought here from different ethnic regions all over Belarus and were carefully restored. Visitors will also enjoy a wide collection of various household, trade and handicraft items which are all exhibited at the museum.

Transfer to the traditional Belarusian farmstead. Meeting local village people, exploring surroundings, tasting Belarusian national cuisine. Folklore show with traditional music and dances is also available upon request.

Day 5
