Brest railway station

Brest-Tsentralny railway station is a monument of architecture of Belarus, which was opened in 1886. The station was built in the form of a «medieval castle» with four water towers.

For many years Brest railway station was rightly considered the best in Russian Empire and was called a gate to Europe during Soviet times.

Today it is one of the most terrific sights in Brest, the current museum of marble under the open sky.
