Victory Square in Vitebsk is the largest square in Belarus, with a length of 380 m and a width of 190 m. It includes a memorial zone and a zone for public events. In the memorial zone there is a complex in honor to Soviet soldiers-liberators, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk region.
During the holidays parades, fairs and shows take place on the square, and in winter the main Christmas tree of the country is located here as well.
